How do I log in to the Digital Edition?

If you have an active subscription to the Digital Edition of the Christian Science Quarterly Bible Lessons, you can log in to your account by clicking the “Log In” link in the top right corner of quarterly.christianscience.com. Then enter your email address and password.

In addition to this, your browser privacy settings must be set to “accept cookies.” If you have blocked cookies in your browser, an error message will be displayed, and you will not be able to log in to the website. Learn how to enable cookies in your browser. 

Once you’ve logged in to the website, quarterly.christianscience.com  will remember your computer and browser for 30 days. If you change browsers or visit the Digital Edition on another computer or device, you will need to log in again.

How do I access the lesson from quarterly.christianscience.com?

To access this week’s lesson from quarterly.christianscience.com, click the "Lesson" button near the top of the page.

This is listed above the options Home/Subscribe/Help.

The “Lesson” option appears as a blue button on computers.

How can I update my billing information?

To update your credit card information for the Digital Edition of the Christian Science Quarterly Bible Lessons, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to quarterly.christianscience.com/lesson
  2. Click the Menu icon (three horizontal bars) in top left corner.
  3. Select "Manage Account".
  4. Log into "Manage My Account" following the instructions on the screen. If you previously subscribed to myBibleLesson, you may need to reset your password to manage your account.
  5. Click the "Change payment information" option on the left side.
  6. Update your credit card information.

How can I cancel my subscription to the Digital Edition of the Christian Science Quarterly Bible Lessons?

  1. Log into "Manage My Account" following the instructions on the screen. 
  2. Click “Cancel your subscription”   

How can I update my email address? My email address isn't working

To change your email address:

  1. Go to quarterly.christianscience.com/lesson
  2. Click the menu icon (three horizontal bars) in top left corner.
  3. Select "Manage Account".
  4. OR log into "Manage your Account" following the instructions on the screen. If you subscribed to myBibleLesson, you may need to reset your password to manage your account.
  5. On a computer: Click the "Change My Email Address" option on the left side (third from the top).
  6. On a mobile device: Tap “Account Summary” to open menu and select "Change My Email Address". 
  7. Update your email address information.
  8. Click "Save".
  9. Then, log out of your account and log back in using your updated email address, and make a note of your new login credentials in your own records.

If your email address isn't working:

If your email address isn’t allowing you to log in to the Digital Edition, please check to be sure that you’ve spelled it correctly (your email address isn’t case-sensitive in our system, so capitalized and lower-case letters will never be the cause of the problem). It’s best to type in your login credentials rather than letting your browser fill in its stored out-of-date information automatically. 

If everything is spelled correctly, double check your records to be sure that you’re using the correct email address associated with your Digital Edition subscription. If you don’t remember which email address is associated with your account but are certain that your password is correct, you can try logging in using your password with your different email addresses until the right combination is successful. 

Even if you no longer have access to your email account, you can log in and change your email address, if you know your password. If you no longer have access to your email account and have forgotten your password, please contact us so we can assist!

How can I reinstate my inactive Digital Edition account?

To reactivate your account, go to "Manage My Account" and enter your credentials for your inactive account. If you have forgotten your password, just use the “Forgot Your Password?” link found on the Manage My Account page.

Click “Restart subscription” and follow the prompts on the screen.

Once your subscription has been reactivated, you will see a confirmation page which provides an ‘immediate access’ link to the Digital Edition of the Christian Science Quarterly Bible Lessons, as well as receive a confirmation email that your account was reinstated. We recommend that you promptly download the Bible Lessons that you will initially need through this link. Once you leave the confirmation page, you will not be able to log in to your online Bible Lesson account again until your order is applied in our system. Generally, this takes 24 hours but it may take up to 72 hours in some cases.

If you have difficulty reactivating your subscription, please be in touch with us for further assistance. For security reasons, it is very important that you do not send your credit card information to us by email. Please transmit this information to us via phone or fax instead.

I’m having difficulty logging in to my account / my account cannot be found. What can I do?

If you are unable to log in or see a message that says, “We can't find a user with this email address or password,”  it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • You’ve entered your credentials for a different online subscription.
  • Your username was entered incorrectly (please be sure to use your email address as your username (it isn’t case-sensitive)).
  • Your password was entered incorrectly. Your password is case-sensitive so you must enter it with the exact combination of upper- and lower-case letters that you used to register your account on quarterly.christianscience.com.
  • You’ve included additional spaces in your username and password by copying and pasting them from another document. It’s best to type in your login credentials rather than copying and pasting them in.
  • Your browser is auto-filling your login credentials with out-of-date information. It’s best to type in your login credentials rather than letting the browser auto-fill them for you. You can also clear cookies to remove any out-of-date login credentials saved by your browser.
  • There may be a duplicate account for you in our system. Please contact us so we may correct this problem for you.

If you are still unable to log in, first try resetting your password by clicking “Forgot your password?” If the password reset doesn’t work, there may be an issue with your account in our system. Please contact us so we may troubleshoot this problem for you.

Please note that if you have multiple email addresses and passwords and have forgotten which ones are associated with quarterly.christianscience.com, you can try logging in with each one of them without locking your account.

How do I confirm my password / I forgot my password / My password doesn’t work. What should I do?

To confirm your password, use this link to access your account management  page. Try logging into your account by entering your email address and password associated with your account. 

If you may have forgotten your password or your password doesn't work, go to the Manage My Account page of the Digital Edition and click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link. Then, submit your email address associated with your account, and we’ll send a temporary password to your email from our vendor address: quarterly_donotreply@orders.buysub.com. 

When you’ve received this email, use the following steps to change your password.  It is important that you enter the temporary password we sent to you in the Old Password field. You must also enter a new password in the New Password field by creating one that only you will know, before your temporary password expires: 

  • Log into the Manage My Account page using the temporary password we've provided.
  • When your Account Summary page opens, look for the Change My Password link in the left sidebar.
  • Enter the temporary password we've provided to you in the Old Password field. Then, enter a new password in the New Password field, and retype it in the space provided (don't copy and paste!).

If our temporary password message doesn’t arrive in your email inbox, please check your email’s spam or junk folder for any messages from quarterly_donotreply@orders.buysub.com. To ensure that our email arrives in your inbox, please add our vendor email address quarterly_donotreply@orders.buysub.com to your address book or list of contacts.

My credit card was declined. What should I do?

Your credit card can be declined for multiple reasons, including if it has expired. If you receive a notice that your credit card has been declined, you will need to reactivate your subscription to the Digital Edition.

To reactivate your account, go to "Manage My Account" and enter your credentials for your account. Click “Restart subscription” and follow the prompts on the screen.
